If you eat a K's Korner burger and don't get a lap full of grease, you're lying. Locals know to prep with napkins. The grilled onions are legend in the area. One of those places that looks like sh!t but tastes amazing. Fried chicken salad is loaded and comes with deli pickles. But you come for the burger! Large no 1 with cheese loaded. Fries are basic crinkle cut but somehow taste better.

My go to is the fried chicken salad. It's enough for two people and reasonably priced. Staff is friendly and get you taken cared of.

K's corner is a fairly small shack with a fairly small menu, but as they say, "good things come in small packages." They don't have interior seating, K's is more of a classic pick up your paper bag and go with it burger shack. Make sure you snag some napkins because the burgers are what I call "juicy"--lots of sauce, very drippy, not overly heavy though. Most of the time after I've had a hamburger I feel like I've swallowed a ball of lead. Not so here. The patties are thin and the meat-to-everything-else ratio is pretty balanced. I'm not saying it's the best hamburger I've ever had, but if you're hungry for a little nostalgia you can do no better in Morton than K's.
